Lexus LS 2027 Peace be upon you. I have original Lexus LS600 headlights, with the headlight washer nozzle, and they are very clean. They might need polishing. Of course, they fit LS460 from 2007 - 2012. They were installed on my LS460 2007 car, and they are shown in the pictures.
