Tasks and Responsibilities: Attracting and hiring new representatives based on operational needs. Conducting initial interviews and screening suitable candidates. Following up on registration and onboarding requirements. Training new representatives on operational systems and procedures. Directly supervising representatives at work and ensuring their operational readiness. Building a continuous database of potential candidates. Coordinating with Operations and HR management to cover operational needs. Preparing periodic reports on the number of attracted and deployed representatives. Performance Indicators: Number of representatives attracted monthly. Number of representatives who have actually started working. Representative retention rate after deployment. Speed of covering operational needs. Quality of registration data and document completion. Work System and Financial Compensation: The Field Supervisor works on a commission basis according to the company's approved policy. Commissions are disbursed based on the number of representatives, the number of delivered shipments, their attraction, and their onboarding according to the specified conditions. The company has no additional financial obligation beyond the commissions or benefits approved in the contract or job offer. Required Skills: High communication and persuasion skills.
