1. Project Coordination & Administration
Coordinate between engineering team, site team, consultants, and client
Arrange and document meetings (MoM – Minutes of Meeting)
Track action items and follow up with responsible parties
Assist Project Manager in daily administrative tasks
2. Documentation & Document Control
Prepare and manage:
Submittals
RFIs (Requests for Information)
Method Statements
Reports
Maintain document logs (incoming/outgoing)
Ensure all documents follow project specs and standards
Coordinate with document controller (or act as one in small teams)
3. Planning & Progress Monitoring
Assist in preparing project schedules (Primavera / MS Project)
Update progress reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
Track delays and support claims documentation
Monitor KPIs and productivity
4. Contract & Commercial Support
Review contract requirements and ensure compliance
Support:
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Variation Orders (VO)
Payment applications
Track subcontractor progress and payments
Assist in cost tracking and budget control
5. Typical Tools Used
Primavera P6 / MS Project → scheduling
Excel → tracking, logs, reports
AutoCAD (basic) → drawing review
