Usage To control air dampers in ventilation and air conditioning stations Using nominal torque of 20 Nm for damper surfaces up to 4 mÂ2, depends on friction Ideal with 3-mode modified controllers or on/off controls (e.g. outdoor air dampers, dampers, etc.) Basic Functions Rotating action The motor rotation movement (clockwise or counterclockwise) is based on electrical control. Once the operating voltage is applied AC 24V or AC 230V, the driver starts to rotate. Triple mode control The connected damper can be operated as follows through trigger control: Damper opens (0° 90°) Damper Closure (90°0°) Damper stays in current position Fail-safe function After a continuous run time of about 200 seconds, the trigger turns off in the same direction. Position Indicator The position indicator on the shaft adapter displays the position of the rotation angle of the damper blade. Manual Override To manually adjust the actuator or air dampers, the gear train must be disconnected using the push button. Refer to "Operation and Setup Elements" in the "Mechanical Design" chapter. Mechanical limit of rotation angle The rotation angle of the shaft adapter can be limited to 5° increments between 0° and 90°.
