In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, managing inventory, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service for their everyday needs and special events. Key Responsibilities Design and create unique floral arrangements (bouquets, centerpieces, event decor, etc.). Select, condition, and care for fresh flowers and plants to ensure longevity. Consult with walk-in customers and event clients to understand their vision and budget. Manage floral inventory, place orders with suppliers, and ensure stock freshness. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop display. Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure arrangements arrive in perfect condition. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer (experience in Jeddah/KSA market is a plus).
