The phone has never been opened or broken, but there is a small purple dot at the top near the black area, which is barely noticeable and doesn't affect anything. The phone needs the speaker to be turned on when someone calls you, and the charging port needs cleaning. It charges, but you need to wiggle the charger slightly.
