Ad Type: Looking for a job Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor Saudi Building Supervisor *** North and East of Riyadh Daily Technical Supervision Among the tasks: - Supervising the project until handover (residence or sale) - Studying the building's condition and documenting the owner's requests with detailed suggestions before starting the work. - Nominating contractors for works, reviewing their work, clarifying their scope of work and the required technicalities before agreement. - Daily visits and receiving works with high quality according to craftsmanship. - Supplying materials at reasonable prices. - Purchasing, inventory, and documentation by myself - Measuring before agreeing with contractors and workshops, clarifying quantities and prices to the owner. - Organizing payments and scheduling works among different contractors. - All invoices are saved electronically (PDF) with a private link organized in folders. They can be viewed at any time. - All payments (purchases + contractor payments) are recorded electronically so that the owner can view expenses instantly (amount, date, purpose, remaining balance).
