Owners Association Maintenance and Operation

Owners Association Services We offer you: 1- Cleaning of entrances, internal corridors, stairs, external pavement, and building parking once daily, and cleaned again when necessary. 2- Providing (1) cleaning worker to reside within the project, depending on the building and its area. 3- Maintenance and replacement of internal and external corridor lighting and necessary repairs. 4- Cleaning and maintenance of overhead tanks once a year. 5- Periodic cleaning of building roofs (once every three months), especially before and after rainfall. 7- Pest control spraying (once every three months), including inspection rooms, light wells, and elevators during spraying. 8- Payment of building services. 9- Providing customer service to receive complaints and suggestions from residents. 10- Elevator maintenance, excluding the cost of parts (we cover maintenance fees). - A reasonable percentage to be agreed upon, and other details will be provided after inspecting the site.
