Experience in the following fields: - Supervising the implementation of residential and non-residential building projects (labor management, dealing with suppliers, and technical supervision of implementation). - Studying tenders and preparing technical and financial offers and everything related to the Etemad platform (pre-qualification, post-qualification, plans, timelines, financial claims, etc.). - Supervising and managing maintenance, cleaning, and operation projects (replacement items, following up on work orders, statements, maintenance plans). - Managing ready-mix concrete and block factories (supervising the quality of concrete and cement products, labor management and equipment maintenance, monitoring raw material supply).
