I found a Himalayan cat clearly belonging to a house, scared near Al-Frouj Al-Tazaj in Al-Hofuf. It goes into the building and then out to the street, hiding under the cars on Riyadh Street and doesn't let anyone approach it due to fear. Those who can go and take her could, but I couldn't take a close picture of her.
