**Job Title: Electronics Technician** **First: Fire and Alarm Systems** - Perform installation and maintenance of fire alarm and automatic extinguishing systems (FM200, CO2, Water Mist, etc.). - Inspect fire sensors, control panels, alarms, and manual activation devices to ensure their functionality. - Calibrate and program alarm panels and ensure they are connected to pumps and extinguishing points. - Conduct regular tests to ensure system readiness according to civil defense standards and global standards (NFPA). - Troubleshoot technical faults in control panels or electrical circuits related to the system. **Second: CCTV Surveillance Systems** - Install cameras (indoor and outdoor) and connect them to the network and recording systems (NVR/DVR). - Adjust camera settings, lenses, angles, and enhance image quality. - Program recording devices and ensure connectivity to internal and external networks (Remote Access). - Maintain and replace damaged cameras or cables. - Monitor system performance and ensure that data is recorded continuously and securely. **Third: Security Devices and Control Systems** - Install access control systems, fingerprint devices, and entry/exit gates. - Install and maintain burglary alarm devices and intercom systems. - Program security systems and integrate them with central networks. - Ensure system integration with the main surveillance system. **Fourth: Technical Support and Documentation** - Prepare periodic maintenance and technical reports and submit them to the supervisor or responsible engineer. - Adhere to quality and occupational safety standards during installation and maintenance. - Document installation and maintenance tasks with photos and technical data. - Collaborate with other work teams (Electricity – Mechanics – Networks) to ensure system integration. **Fifth: Required Technical Skills** - Precise understanding of electrical schematics and execution drawings. - Ability to use electronic testing and measurement devices. - Proficiency in using installation and programming tools for alarm systems and security devices. - Good knowledge of technical protocols such as TCP/IP and RS485.
