I have an Indian chef who trains on all Indian dishes, a Nepali chef who trains on Chinese dishes, a salad chef, and a chef for naan and Arabic bread. If anyone is interested in training, they can do so at the same location as their restaurant or accommodation; we do not have a training site. The person will be responsible for booking the ticket and covering the training costs.
