Peace be upon you, We are looking for a capable and leadership-oriented person for a new restaurant (under establishment) to fill the position of (Operations Manager / General Supervisor). We want someone who considers the place as their own, who combines operational management with accounting oversight, and has a marketing and strategic sense to increase sales. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: Lead the team, monitor quality and cleanliness, and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Accounting and Reporting: (Essential requirement) Manage the cash register, accurately record daily expenses and revenues, and submit periodic financial reports to management. 3. Sales Development: Develop plans to increase income, manage delivery applications, and work on marketing for the restaurant. Required Qualifications: • Proven previous experience in restaurant management. • Complete proficiency in computers and Office programs (especially Excel) for accounting. • Strong personality, trustworthy, and proactive (solution-oriented). • Ability to handle work pressure during the establishment phase. • (For residents) Transferable residency permit.
