Usage Instructions: Unit conversion: There is a switch at the bottom of the scale to convert between (kg - lbs - stone). Measurement mode: Place the scale on a completely flat floor. 3. Weighing method: Stand in the middle of the scale steadily; once the value stabilizes, the weight will be "locked" on the screen. Re-weighing: If you step off the scale and then step on again after the value is locked, you can re-weigh. Saving the value: If you remain standing after the weight is locked, the value will remain visible for 8 seconds before automatic shutdown. 4.
