Operations and Purchasing Manager I am currently working with Al Nahdi Company as the Operations and Purchasing Department Manager. My main responsibilities include: - Complete management of operations, including the maintenance management of facilities, overseeing the company's quality mark, and achieving required standards. - Managing a team of approximately 10 people within the operations and purchasing team. - Coordinating with suppliers and researching for optimal performance and quality. - Building excellent relationships with suppliers and providing everything required by the company in terms of raw materials. - I have also worked on training topics in coordination with the Human Resources Department to hire the best talents and train them to achieve the best certifications related to their career paths. I hold professional certifications including: - PMP (Project Management Professional) - PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) - Additionally, I have special certifications in supply chain and logistics management. I am currently studying for an MBA from a prestigious university.
