Peace be upon you I have a pair of Iraqi pigeons, the female has a swelling on her face and the male has a bump on top of his head. Their health is good, and the female is laying eggs, and these issues do not seem to affect them. I also have a pair of ducks, I think they are a mix of Sharshari and local breed.
