A new and complete stable, fully enclosed, with a private lounge system, providing a quiet and organized environment for the daily care and continuous monitoring of your horses. 🔹 Stable specifications: • 21 spacious rooms • Covered paddock 30×14 • Two lunge pens • 6 horse walking machines • Air-conditioned guest lounge (2 split units) • Full equipment and immediate readiness • Warehouse for saddles and horse supplies • Supply store 💰 Monthly accommodation: 1500 SAR per room 🔹 Services included in the accommodation: • Daily grooming at least once • Availability of essential horse care supplies • Use of special horse shampoos • Periodic review of horse needs in coordination with the owner and nutrition supervisor In the event of any health issue, full coordination is only between the veterinarian and the owner, and the role of the stable management is limited to coordination, follow-up, and implementing what is agreed upon by them. 🔹 Additional services (under separate agreements from the accommodation): • Coordination for a veterinary visit if necessary (costs for the veterinarian and treatment are the owner's responsibility) • Availability of a trainer for training horses or preparing camels for competitions • Coordination for horse transportation • Any additional special services upon request All additional services are conducted under a separate agreement outside the accommodation contract, and their costs fall on the owner as agreed upon. 📌 Notes: • Currently, only 12 rooms are available for pre-booking • Birthing rooms are designated for serving mares during foaling and are not for rent 📩 Booking through direct communication – priority is given to those who confirm before the opening.
