Description of Engineering Inspection (Technical)
Conducting a visual and non-destructive engineering inspection using professional measuring devices that included:
 • Engineering level and flatness inspection using a multi-axis laser device to verify:
 • Wall straightness (Verticality)
 • Corner squareness (Squareness)
 • Floor levelness (Levelness)
 • Measuring dimensions and gaps with a digital measuring device to verify execution accuracy.
 • Thermal inspection (Thermal Scan) to detect:
 • Hidden moisture locations
 • Water leaks
 • Density or insulation differences
 • Inspection of cracks and joints to determine:
 • Type of crack (Structural / Non-structural)
 • Its direction
 • The extent of its width and impact
 • Inspection of settlement and ground separation along the walls to ensure:
 • No differential movement
 • Integrity of the connection between elements
General Results (Based on Images):
 • Presence of a ground separation and clear separation at the intersection of the floor and wall indicating localized movement or settlement.
 • Some minor deviations in wall straightness within observable limits.
 • Thermal reading shows a temperature difference indicating potential moisture presence or localized insulation weakness.
 • No direct evidence of serious structural failure from the images, but ground movement requires more precise evaluation.
Engineering inspection is not just observation… it is a true reveal of what is not seen.
We use professional devices that reveal to you:
 • Hidden settlement before it turns into an expensive problem
 • Moisture and leaks without breaking
 • Wall and floor deviations with laser accuracy
 • Dangerous cracks before they develop
 • Actual execution quality… not just appearance
Why is this inspection important?
Because hidden defects are the most expensive to repair, and with early inspection:
 • You avoid future losses
 • You know the actual condition of the building
 • You have a documented technical report
 • You make your decision with confidence (Receive – Buy – Repair)
The inspection gives you the truth… before you pay the price.
