Hello, I am a student looking for a furnished studio for monthly rent inside a villa in East Riyadh (Al-Riyadh, Al-Salam, Al-Rawabi, Al-Andalus, Al-Rawda, Al-Manar, Al-Jazeera). It would be preferable for the studio to contain a kitchen, and the place should be quiet. Since I am mostly out of the house and only return at bedtime, I hope the place will be clean and tidy. I would prefer to communicate directly with the owner, and the payment will be in advance. I hope the price is reasonable, around 1500 Riyals.
