Logistics Operations Manager – Riyadh
A logistics support company based in Riyadh in the expansion phase is looking for a professional Operations Manager with leadership experience in managing and operating transportation fleets, building effective operating systems, and capable of enhancing performance efficiency and directly contributing to revenue growth and operational expansion.

Job Objective:
To lead the company's operational processes and build an integrated management and operational system that ensures discipline, efficiency, and readiness for expansion and entering into major contracts.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the vehicle fleet and improve utilization efficiency.
- Build a clear operating system (Policies – Procedures – Performance Reports).
- Full supervision of drivers and adherence and quality indicators.
- Analyze costs, improve profitability, and reduce waste.
- Manage existing contracts and negotiate new ones.
- Develop a fleet expansion plan over the next 12 months.
- Represent the company before official entities and clients.
- Prepare periodic operational and administrative reports for senior management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing logistics or transportation operations.
- Proven experience in fleet management.
- High leadership ability and team management.
- Experience in pricing, preparing bids, and entering tenders.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements in the Kingdom.
- A leadership character, assertive, and results-oriented.
