New exercise machine and no breaks. The types of exercises in it are: Lat Pulldown for the back Chest Press / Butterfly for the chest Seated Row for the lower back Bicep Curl for the biceps Tricep Pushdown for the triceps Leg Extension for the legs Leg Curl for the legs Ab Crunch for the abs Shoulder Press for the shoulders And the machine is clean and comes with all the parts I don't know its type and I don't use it. It's been kept in a clean storage room.
