2- Preparing payroll for employees.
3- And preparing a statement of daily tasks.
4- And comprehensive follow-up on everything.
5- Reminding about meetings, monitoring all company situations, and preparing coordinated and understandable reports on the company's status regarding everything, and disclosing all matters that are happening in the company.
6- Writing letters to other parties professionally and coordinated in a way that befits the company.
7- Reviewing and following up on the company's external work, attached with reports.
8- A daily report on the progress of work, attached with pictures and dates.
The administrative assistant is the eye through which the work sees.
