I have an execution bond executed against a person from whom I am owed money, 31500. It's been two years and he still hasn't paid. If there is someone I can assign the bond to as a guarantor, and he gives me part of the amount, say 12500 only, and accepts the bond and waits for the person to pay him back. I have bonds against other people too. Serious buyers, please come forward.
