Specialization and Job Title: • Agricultural Engineering - Project Manager 1- Job Objective: • Establishing and managing a sustainable agricultural project consisting of nurseries, greenhouses, and open cultivation. 2- Tasks and Responsibilities: • Planning, establishment, and supervision • Developing a detailed agricultural action plan, including tasks for managing the work team • Building and equipping the project, taking into account agricultural standards • Ensuring the establishment of all project needs 3- Production Management: • Sending periodic reports detailing production and quality • Using the best fertilizers and pesticides for crops • Preparing crop supply according to market needs, including packaging, preparation, and professional delivery • Establishing greenhouses, shade nets, and irrigation systems • Periodic maintenance of the irrigation system, greenhouses, and farm contents 4- Human Resources Management: • Leading and training the team, working with a unified spirit • Preparing an effective work schedule with the team that supports periodic productivity from planting to packaging and delivery, with evaluation 5- Monitoring and Evaluation: • Monitoring crop performance and analyzing data to improve productivity and reduce risks • Providing periodic reports to the owner on progress and challenges. • Cooperating with local Riyadh markets to ensure products are sold to them according to their requirements • Proposing development plans to increase future profits. • Adhering to the project timeline Important Note: If you are selected, we will test you and you will test us for one month.
