Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare and implement the annual and quarterly marketing plan. Manage the marketing team (design – content – advertising – social media). Manage digital advertising campaigns (Snapchat – TikTok – Instagram – Google). Analyze the market and competitors and identify sales opportunities. Manage the marketing budget and measure return on investment (ROI). Develop visual identity and enhance brand presence. Work with the sales department to achieve sales targets. Oversee exhibitions and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Founding Day, Ramadan, special offers). Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management (preferably in the industrial sector or building materials). Strong experience in digital marketing and paid campaign management.
