* Building the chart of accounts (accounting guide), the accounting cycle, and documentation.
* Entering journal entries, accrual entries, depreciation entries, closing entries, disbursement and receipt vouchers, and managing cash on hand.
* Entering purchase invoices and debit/credit notes.
* Settling employee and purchasing agent advances.
* Preparing bank reconciliations, working with point-of-sale systems, and online banking.
* Preparing payroll and submitting it to the bank.
* Preparing Value Added Tax (VAT) returns and submitting them to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority system.
* Preparing financial statements, closing accounts, and dealing with auditing firms for budget approval.
* Experience in dealing with ERP systems.
