Key Responsibilities:
Full supervision of daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Monitoring financial performance, achieving sales targets, and reducing costs.
Managing work teams (kitchen – service – reception) and building a strong and organized team.
Developing operational systems and internal procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitoring food and service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing inventory and procurement and reducing waste.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager in restaurants.
Deep understanding of internal restaurant operations (kitchen – service – inventory – pricing).
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
Proficiency in report preparation and data analysis.
