It is used and original, and guaranteed. The reason for selling is that my car developed a noise, and the mechanic said it was due to the CV joint. I went and bought a new CV joint, but the noise did not disappear. Then they said the old CV joint was also good. Now I cannot return the new one because this one is installed.
