Brief overview of experiences:
*Garment and Tailoring Project: By the grace of God, this is an investment and dynamic project that caters to all ages, eras, and locations.
It involves the manufacturing, distribution, import, and export of garments.
We start first with manufacturing, such as:
Manufacturing of men's clothing
Manufacturing of women's clothing
Manufacturing of children's clothing
Manufacturing of baby clothes
Manufacturing of uniforms.
This is divided into:
Work uniforms for companies
Work uniforms for hotels
Work uniforms for restaurants
Work uniforms for hospitals
And medical staff uniforms.
Each of these categories has a specific idea:
Manufacturing, then wholesale, then retail.
Along with creating your own brand.
For each category, a specific capital must be allocated to choose which segment you want to operate in.
For example:
Children's clothing requires cleanliness, quality first, then material, then finishing.
You can choose the segment you want to work on with all your effort to succeed.
*Uniform Project: This project is a huge investment that helps in gradual growth.
First:
Prepare official documents to activate the uniform foundation.
1- Select a location to establish an office with a warehouse nearby.
2- Obtain the license and tax card for the foundation.
3- Contract with a highly experienced executive manager in the garment field, especially uniforms.
It is preferable that their responsibilities include complete knowledge of model tailoring.
4- Activate a commercial bank account in the name of the foundation.
5- Have a dedicated van for the foundation's goods.
6- Have 2 representatives:
A field representative - an online representative.
7- Create branded labels for the foundation.
Fabric labels for trousers and jackets.
Sublimation or transfer printing labels for T-shirts.
8- Create invoices for the foundation.
9- Contract with a high-quality uniform factory, known only to the executive manager. It is preferable to contract with more than one factory due to large quantities.
Then, work and dedication.
Focus on quality, and know that high quality is the secret to your success.
Quality, then quality, then quality.
*T-shirt Brand Project: A distinctive and purposeful project.
Start from scratch.
First, get an idea about the fabric.
First:
Summer fabrics are usually cotton.
1- Poly-velvet fabric: This is the heaviest cotton fabric, with a yarn count of 20/1.
2- Parsola fabric:
It comes in a 30/1 yarn count, which is lighter.
And in a 24/1 yarn count, which is slightly heavier.
3- Single Lycra fabric:
The yarn count is 30/1.
You then add Lycra yarn, with a Lycra count of 70.
This is the highest quality preparation for branded fabrics.
4- Full Lycra single:
The yarn count is 36/1 - 40/1.
This is the lightest fabric and is similar to butter fabric. It must contain Lycra yarn of 70.
5- Pique cotton fabric:
This is a textured fabric with a low Lycra content.
It is used for polo shirts.
This is the highest quality preparation for summer cotton fabrics.
Of course, there are common fabrics.
Blended 50/50.
And spun, which I do not recommend working with currently.
