Developing long-term and short-term financial plans to ensure company sustainability Preparing budgets and coordinating to tighten control over core expenses and other expenditures, studying negative and positive variances resulting from comparing actual spending with budgeted amounts, and submitting periodic reports on these variances to the authorized person ,Preparing financial reports to analyze the financial results of the company's activities and comparing them with plans and budgets, providing senior management with the necessary suggestions and recommendations, suggesting to the company's management the appropriate method for cash liquidity, in increasing its revenues Managing cash flows and ensuring the availability of necessary liquidity in critical times Monitoring budget closing, preparing financial reports, and analyzing variances from established plans Dealing with Zakat and Income, submitting Zakat, Income, and Value Added declarations, and ensuring the company's compliance with tax and accounting laws to avoid legal risks Financial analysis, project study, and conducting economic feasibility studies. Submitting accurate and transparent reports to the Board of Directors and shareholders to support decision-making Banking transactions, monitoring actual spending, and replenishing current accounts to cover issued checks, coordinating with banks on scheduling transfers and overdrafts, reviewing and following up on supervising the preparation of bank reconciliation statements (facilities, bank guarantees, and financing) Performing all financial affairs, including monitoring and closing statements for projects and subcontractors, contracting companies, and car rentals Supervising the preparation of payroll and wages for employees and ensuring the accuracy of these preparations Participating in committees and meetings related to the financial department's areas of work, such as periodic and coordination meetings, as well as procurement committees, to facilitate the work of the committees and achieve the purposes for which they were formed Communicating and coordinating with relevant government and non-government entities related to financial affairs activities, and exchanging data and information in accordance with rules and instructions Coordinating with other departments in the company through periodic meetings and communications, to identify their needs for financial facilities and services and to work on providing them in order to facilitate the work of these units and assist them in completing their assigned tasks
