Reservations Coordinator (Remote)
A startup in the serviced apartment management field is looking for a part-time remote Reservations Coordinator.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries via platforms
- Confirm bookings and organize check-in and check-out times
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and reviews
- Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance team when needed

- Quick response and polite communication
- Proficiency in English (writing)
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably in the daily rental field)
- Availability of a mobile phone and stable internet
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
