Key Responsibilities: Supervising trailer manufacturing processes from cutting and welding to final assembly. Managing the production team, welders, and technicians within the workshop. Monitoring manufacturing quality and adherence to engineering specifications. Organizing the daily production plan and achieving production targets. Coordinating with the engineering and design department to improve manufacturing processes. Requirements: Experience in trailer or metal structure manufacturing. Knowledge of cutting, bending, welding, and chassis assembly processes. Ability to manage a team in an industrial environment. Experience in reading engineering drawings.
