Tasks: • Direct work on production stages. • Operating and monitoring roasting, sieving, cleaning, drying, and packaging processes. • Standing on the production line and monitoring workflow in the field. Requirements: • Practical experience in Freekeh and Harees production. • Ability to operate and monitor production equipment. • Background in basic equipment maintenance. • Proficiency in driving vehicles.
