(Bought in 2024) Honestly, there is a light fan noise, and it's usually just dust. Regarding the console cover, I will give you its original (white) cover with it. And it comes with two controllers, one white one that only has the trigger buttons working. The black one has nothing wrong with it, I bought it a short while ago. My final price is 1500, non-negotiable because I have already lowered the price significantly. Please do not lowball.
