This requires communication with: Contracting companies Renovation and maintenance companies Real estate development investors Leasing Investment Finding an investor who obtains a lease agreement at a low value in exchange for renovating and maintaining the building according to the specified conditions, and also obtains an exemption period from rent during the renovation period and non-utilization of the building. This requires communication with: Brokers and real estate offices Real estate investors Nature of Work The work is entirely field-based and not electronic marketing.
