The phone is clean, no scratches or cracks. All cameras are excellent. A screen protector is installed, and its cover. Everything works and is excellent, but the back screen was working when I formatted the device, and then it stopped working. I couldn't figure it out. It comes with a new screen protector for the screen, in addition to the one that is installed.
