Lexus LS 400 1998 Automatic Gasoline mileage: 1 KM Lexus 400 headlights, model 98. Ballasts and bulbs are present and working. There is a crack on the base of the left headlight, shown in the pictures. The internal reflector is not stable, and the right side's bases are intact. Needs polishing.
