An architect with 18 years of experience and founder of a remote engineering office is looking for an experienced Saudi interior design engineer to join the office and contribute to establishing and developing the interior design department. Requirements: • At least 5 years of practical experience. • Preference for a valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers. • Professional level in interior design and handling client requirements. • Ambition and desire to build a distinguished professional name and participate in the office's development. Nature of Work in the Current Phase: Currently, the focus will be mainly on: • Preparing technical reports. • Studying and analyzing architectural problems and preparing technical solutions as per client requests. • Preparing explanatory plans and architectural sketches, whether by hand drawing or using artificial intelligence techniques when needed. Interior design work will begin more significantly with the office's expansion. However, if any design project arises during this phase, it will be executed directly through cooperation between both parties. Cooperation Mechanism and Financial Compensation: • The work will be remote for now, as agreed upon with the engineer. • There is no fixed salary at this stage. Instead, the financial compensation will be either a symbolic amount or a percentage of the value of each project or report completed, to be agreed upon in advance with full transparency. • As the office's business grows and projects increase, the cooperation mechanism will be developed to benefit both parties. Protecting Rights: A formal cooperation contract will be prepared outlining all rights and obligations, including the office's details and license number, with the possibility of notarization by a lawyer to ensure the rights of both parties.
