Required specifications: Number of rooms: 4 or 5 rooms + living room + kitchen + 2 bathrooms (or more). Important additions: parking for two cars, and preferably a laundry room. Family size: 6 people (parents and 4 children). Budget: around 25,000 to 28,000 SAR, and we are willing to raise it to a maximum of 30,000 SAR if the apartment has 5 rooms, an excellent location, and the building is clean and renovated.
