Kuwaiti Currency Third Issue This issue was withdrawn from the market in Kuwait in 1991 AD. The set consists of six pieces, starting from the quarter dinar to 20 dinars. The condition of all the papers is very excellent, except for the quarter dinar, which has minor staple marks.
