Xbox Series S, clean, no issues. It has not been repaired. Most of the time it was in its box to protect from dust, along with its cables and 2 controllers (without batteries) and a charging cable. One controller has a drift issue only. It comes with an account for the game Black Ops 2 with its DLCs and an account for the game Cyberpunk.
