Job Responsibilities:
* Receiving customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
* Accurately coordinating and scheduling customer appointments
* Following up with technicians and ensuring tasks are completed on time
* Resolving issues and handling appointment postponements or modifications
* Documenting requests and updating customer data promptly
Basic Requirements:
* Excellent communication and speaking skills
* Excellent ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Stable internet connection and a device (mobile or computer)
* Promptness in responding and following up
* Commitment and discipline during work hours
Preferred:
* Experience in customer service or coordination
* Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or order management systems
