Ad Type: Looking for a job Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor Responsibilities - Menu Engineering - Sales analysis with strengths and weaknesses - Creating the operational manual - Implementing food safety guidelines - Product cost study - Employee training plan - Working on achieving sales targets - Business development. - Focus on PNL. - Training staff on sales-boosting techniques. - Full responsibility for the daily operation of all operational areas - Scheduling expenses; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; increasing financial income. - Managing all controllable costs to maintain operational profitability - Communicating with vendors and shippers to ensure uninterrupted supply of required materials. - Managing inventory levels and making key decisions regarding inventory control - Working alongside on-site restaurant managers to achieve continuous efficiency and cost savings. - Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing a relationship with them. Potential and actual customers to understand service requirements. - Organizing promotions, offers, and special events - Handling employee issues such as interviewing potential employees, providing training, monitoring employee performance, increasing employee productivity # Providing franchise tools for restaurants # Designing a quality system that ensures food safety and reduces waste # Qualifying individuals and the restaurant for HACCP and ISO 9001 certifications # Developing operational manuals I hope to be with you as part of your team.
