¤ Setting up computers, printers, and barcode devices.
¤ Managing user accounts and access permissions (Active Directory).
¤ Following up on email systems such as Microsoft 365.
¤ Documenting technical issues and the solutions applied.
¤ Monitoring system performance and ensuring their stability.
¤ Supporting internal systems and applications used in the company.
