The biggest mistake I see daily:
A person decides to start a project...
Then they start looking for customers.
While the correct way is the complete opposite.
✅ Successful projects don't start with the product
They start with the customer.
Before you think about:
The name
The logo
The decor
Or even the supplier
Ask:
Who is the person who will actually pay the money?
Because the market is divided into 3 types of customers:
1. Looking for the cheapest
2. Looking for quality
3. Looking for a different experience
If you try to please everyone... no one will choose you.
Example: A restaurant trying to be: cheap + luxurious + family-friendly + fast
The result? A lost identity and weak sales.
🎯 The secret: Choose one customer first... then build the project around them.
💬 Question: If I asked you to describe your ideal project customer right now, could you describe them accurately?
