We are a contracting company undertaking various finishing projects in Riyadh. Due to our workload, we are looking for a field supervisor with integrity and experience to fully oversee our sites on a (trial and project-based) system initially. Scope of work includes supervision of: - Painting and gypsum board works - Tiling, plumbing, and electrical works - Installation of glass partitions - Camera systems - Tank cleaning and general cleaning works - Receiving and handing over sites (offices, apartments, chalets) using forms Required tasks: - On-site presence and meticulous follow-up of labor and execution - Verification of materials used and their compliance with specifications - Submission of daily reports (photos and videos) on work progress and meetings - Ability to deal with suppliers and procure missing items Conditions: - Previous experience in supervising finishing works in Riyadh - Honesty and punctuality (essential condition) - Possesses own transportation Note: The beginning will be a trial period. If competence is proven, there will be a radical change based on evaluation in all our upcoming projects, God willing.
