Job Description: We are a well-established equipment rental company specializing in heavy construction equipment and forklifts. We are urgently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Actively hunt for new clients from construction companies, contracting firms, real estate developers, warehouses, factories, and industrial projects. • Promote our rental services for heavy equipment, cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and material handling machinery. • Build strong relationships with project managers, procurement teams, and decision makers. • Understand client project needs and provide suitable rental solutions. • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close rental deals. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in heavy equipment rental, construction machinery, forklift rental, or similar B2B field. • Previous experience dealing with construction companies and site projects is highly preferred. • Indian nationality is strongly preferred (due to strong communication skills and experience in the Gulf market). • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – must be fluent and confident. • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. • Ability to work independently and do field visits. • Valid driving license and own car is a big advantage. • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
