An HR employee is required who understands accounting and purchasing. Manage 30 employees. Restaurant experience is required, or willingness to learn with a strong foundation in purchasing, accounting, and human resources. Experience in contracts, employee management and control, managing all employee-related matters, and developing business strategy. Manage purchasing (outgoing and incoming) and monthly financial statements such as salaries, accounts, rents, expenses, and trusts. Working hours are according to restaurant operating hours.
