Monitor product quality during operation and throughout the packaging stages. Inspect the final product and ensure it complies with approved specifications before release. Document inspection and testing results and prepare daily quality reports. Follow up on non-conformities, escalate them, and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality requirements within the factory. Monitor batch numbers, traceability records, labeling, and identification tags. Participate in internal audit activities and follow up on continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Chemistry, Biology, Manufacturing, or any related field. Minimum of [1-3] years of experience in quality control in factories. Preference for candidates with experience in wet wipes, cosmetics, personal care products, or consumer goods industries. Good knowledge of inspection procedures, documentation, and handling non-conformities. Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work in the field and work in shifts when needed. Preferred Qualifications Good knowledge of GMP requirements. Familiarity with ISO 22716 and/or ISO 9001 requirements. Experience in tracking records, batches, and traceability within an organized manufacturing environment. High accuracy and good observation and analytical skills.
