Human Resources and Management employee with practical experience in operating and organizing HR processes and supporting management. Currently working at Al Ghaith Oil Services Company in Dammam. • Managing HR operations for over 100 employees • Dealing with Qawwa platforms, Insurance (GOSI), Muqeem, Madad, • Managing contracts, recruitment, service transfers, resignations, and final exit • Calculating end-of-service benefits and following up on legal procedures • Issuing official letters (salary certificates, contracts, employment letters) • Following up on medical examinations, medical insurance, and residency renewals • Managing and continuously updating employee data • Supporting administrative processes and internal coordination Previous experience in procurement (creating PO and MR, following up with suppliers – Focus ERP) Registered as a person with special needs (counted in quotas – Saudization support) Possess strong skills in organization, accuracy, follow-up, and working under pressure Ready to start immediately upon receiving an official job offer Location: Eastern Province For contact via private message or WhatsApp
